About the Belgian Pneumaticlub

The club aligns with the vision of its founder, Michel de Hemptinne. He established the Belgian Pneumatic Club (BPC) in 1976.

It offers a variety of nautical activities on both inland and maritime waters.

The BPC continues to promote the versatility of pneumatic boats, which are increasingly popular with the public.

The club fosters a sense of camaraderie on the water. It allows members to join others for exciting navigations.

Members might not venture on these journeys alone.

The added safety benefits of navigating in a “flotilla” also enhance the experience.

Each year, the club organizes a diverse calendar of outings.

These trips cater to everyone’s preferences. They range from maritime to inland navigation.

Outings can be single-day or multi-day trips. They take place in Belgium or abroad. Nautical holidays and more are also on offer.

Italian BWA Rigid Inflatable Boat

Another great review by The Boat Show of the Rigid Inflatable Motor Boat BWA 28 GTO C. The location was Santa Marinella, Italy

The BWA Sport 28 GTO C features a nearly nine-meter open hull with bow and stern convivial areas.

Powered by a 350-horsepower Suzuki V6 engine, it reaches plane mode at 11 knots and a maximum speed of 39 knots.

Fuel-efficient lean burn technology consumes 30 liters per hour at 20 knots.

Twin counter-rotating propellers enhance manoeuvrability and thrust, while drive-by-wire controls provide precise handling.

Luxury features include a sunbathing area, kitchen, shower, and toilet.

The hull is watertight and buoyant, with optional dual engines.

Performance testing confirms speed, efficiency, and comfort, while Suzuki’s proven reliability supports long voyages.

Belgian Pnematiclub Rotterdam 2021 – Trip in The Netherlands

BPC stands for “Belgian Pneumatic Club” and is a very active group of RIB passionates with a family character

Their Facebook group is managed by Gilles Van Haelst and Olivier Humbeeck.

Each year, the Club draws up a calendar of outings designed to meet everyone’s expectations: sea or inland waterways, day trips or several days, in Belgium or abroad.

Where is Dragonera?

Sa Dragonera is an uninhabited islet situated off the western coast of Majorca in the Balearic Islands, Spain. It is currently a natural park.

Limited information is available regarding this raid, leaving me with only the video footage and the official rankings to draw insights.
