The Team
Team owner and manager: Kris Deraedt. As soon as Kris started working in the boating world, he was a winner for dancing on the waves, even at more than 6 Beaufort.
Pilot: Quentin Deraedt. By the age of ten Quentin was already delivering professional services in the boat world.
Copilot: Kalinka Vermeulen. Her fanclub is one of the motivations to take the steering wheel as the co-pilot in the Flanders Offshore Racing team.
Configuration
During season 2023 the team will be racing in a yellow RIB Misscat 800R powered by a Mercury 250 pro XS outboard engine.
The Rigid Inflatable Boat is 8 m long and only 2.15 m wide.
