Test RIB Nuova Jolly Prince 30 Sport Cabin

Nuova Jolly’s 8.83 m Rigid Inflatable Boat

This test was conducted off the coast of Baia, Italy. It was aboard the Nuova Jolly Prince 30 Sport Cabin (website).

The cabin Rigid Inflatable Boat was equipped with twin 300-horsepower Mercury V8 engines.

Presented by Carlo and joined by Teo Aiello from Nuova Jolly, the trial showcased the boat’s impressive performance.

It reached a top speed of 52 knots with remarkable stability and responsive handling.

Planing began at 10 knots, and at a cruising speed of 30 knots, fuel consumption was just 67 l/h.

The hull is an adapted fversion rom the proven J850 XL design.

Mercury’s Active Trim system further enhanced efficiency, making the vessel well-suited for both cruising and dynamic navigation.
