Highfield Classic 290 and 310 In-Depth Review

A Comparison Between the Classic 310 and the 210

Both RIBs look alike at first glance. This video shows the differences.

This Highfield Classic is a double-deck hulled rigid inflatable boat (RIB) with an aluminium hull and fabric tubes.

The hull is built from 2.5 mm powder-coated marine-grade aluminium and includes full-length keel guards for protection during beaching.

Compared with similar GRP tenders, the aluminium construction reduces weight, which may allow smaller outboard engines to be used.

Despite the reduced weight, the boat maintains a high payload capacity relative to its size class.

The tubes are made from 1100 dtex coated fabric, commonly used in marine inflatables for durability and abrasion resistance.

An optional FCT console provides forward steering control for users preferring seated piloting instead of tiller steering.
