Greek Mission Olympia 2025 by e-Ribbing

Mission Olympia 2025

This adventure started at Skiathos and ended in Kastelorizo, a total of 546 NM.

A five-person crew embarked on the Nuova Jolly Prince 27 Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB).

They carried 300 liters of fuel and equipment. This RIB is the “OLYMPIA 2025” mission’s official boat.

This journey was part of a symbolic relay for the 2026 Milan Winter Olympic Games.

It spanned 3,842 total nautical miles and involved seven crews.

The boat’s transom featured Suzuki’s 300 hp, a four-stroke outboard with dual counter-rotating propellers.

This innovative engine, designed for superior torque on heavier models, runs on 87-octane fuel.

The crew participated in the fourth leg. They covered 546 nautical miles over five days in the Olympia 2025 RIB.

They consumed 947 liters of fuel. This averaged 1.73 liters per nautical mile.

The trip was an exhaustive endurance test for the Nuova-Jolly Prince 27 RIB (see the specs below).

It also tested the Suzuki 300 hp outboard.
