Eagle 6.7 Tested
Nautic Service tested the Ukrainian built BRIG Eagle 6.7 off La Rochelle, France in calm conditions.
Equipped with a 150 hp Honda outboard, the Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB) delivered quiet operation and stable handling as observed in the video.
The test model also included an electric windlass with stainless steel anchor and chain. Comes in handy.
The layout features a rear bench with storage. It also has a central console with twin bolster seats.
Additionally, there is a forward bench that doubles as additional storage. An optional sunpad extension at the bow increases lounging space.
Consumption
At 3,000 rpm, the Eagle cruised at 17 knots, consuming 12 l/h.
At full throttle (6,000 rpm), it reached 39 knots with fuel consumption at 50 l/h.
With its straightforward design and solid performance, the Eagle 6.7 offers a means to coastal cruising and day trips.
