SOLAS Tenders by Ribeye RIBs

What Does SOLAS Stand for

It is the abbreviation of “Safety Of Life At Sea”.

It is the main international safety standard for ships. It sets rules to protect passengers, crew, and vessels at sea.

It covers lifesaving equipment, emergency procedures, fire safety, navigation, and rescue operations.

I wrote an article on this: SOLAS Standards: What Does a Boat Need to Be Compliant.
