New Seaquest 10 Open: A Fast 10-Metre Family RIB
The SeaQuest 10 Open is a 10-metre RIB built for fast cruising, family comfort and practical overnight stays.
Powered by twin Mercury 300 hp V8 outboards, the test boat reached an impressive 53 knots at 5,800 rpm.
It’s not “all new”. Its deep-V hull, shared with SeaQuest’s cabin and semi-cabin models, has been in production since 2007.
A central console leaves 40 cm walkways on both sides, while suspension seats improve comfort.
The generous bow and stern sunpads convert into sleeping areas, and the console houses a private toilet and shower.
In the bow there’s even a berth for 2 persons … if you’re the adventurous type.
There’s ample storage, a three-seat aft bench and easy access to the swimming platforms.
SeaQuest also includes extensive equipment as standard, making the final purchase price easier to understand.
