The Highfield ADV9 Was Boot’s Magnet
At Boot Düsseldorf 2026, the Highfield booth in Hall 9 held a very special tension.
There was an electric anticipation that seemed to hum in the air.
I didn’t know where to look first. Every angle, every line seemed to invite. It endlessly drew me in to explore, to discover, to experience.
It felt as a promise of adventure. Now let’s dive in (specs of the ADV9 below).
Exterior Design & Hull Performance
The ADV9’s bow features a self-deploying windlass and optional bow thruster, with a sharp, bluff entry for smooth, stable rides.
Its traditional V-shaped hull is fast and easy to handle. It reaches 50 knots with twin 300 hp engines. Single engines up to 450 hp run efficiently.
At the stern, there are several options. You can choose the SeaKeeper ride system or LED underwater lights.
Other options include trim tabs and a full-width swim platform. These features make it high-performing. They also make it versatile.
Deck & Social Areas
The rear deck features L-shaped seating with a secure transom gate. An optional flip-up bench creates a full U-shaped picnic area. It can seat up to ten guests.
This converts into one of the largest sundecks in its class while keeping pathways clear for safe movement.
Highfield’s signature roll bar, welded cleats, and integrated handholds deliver strength and safety without compromising the boat’s sleek lines.
Wet Bar & Hardtop Features
The wet bar offers multiple options. You can choose gas cooking, electric grills, or hobs with an inverter. It also includes a sink and generous storage.
Above, the stylish hardtop includes downlighters and optional RGB LED lighting. It comes with an extended sunshade for sunny climates.
Helm Station & Navigation
The helm is comfortable and intuitive, with three adjustable seats, flip-up bolsters, and optional heated seating.
Symmetrical walkways make moving around effortless. Navigation features include Simrad touchscreen options and joystick integration.
They also have bow thruster control, a Fusion sound system, and VHF.
Thoughtful touches like demisting vents, cabin heating, and ergonomic switch panels enhance both comfort and usability.
Bow Area
Safety and comfort define the bow. It features LED step lighting and solid railings. The secondary sundeck is perfect for two to lounge.
Optional roof windows improve ventilation, while console-mounted and foot-operated windlass controls simplify anchoring.
Recessed navigation lights, forward-facing laser lights, and a weight-bearing roof rack keep the deck clear and functional.
Optional rod holders and radar mounts are available for extended trips.
Cabin Comfort & Features
The cabin feels spacious and bright thanks to a three-leaf roof, large windows, roof hatches, and port holes.
The 2-meter bed is comfortable, with reading lights, wireless charging, and heating controls accessible from the bed.
Optional seating over the toilet adds flexibility, while blinds, fly screens, and blackout options ensure privacy.
The electric toilet system with a black water tank meets EU and US regulations.
Heating or air conditioning can be added depending on climate needs. This creates a cozy and versatile retreat.

The ADV9 represents a major step forward for Highfield Boats. It combines robust DNA and elegant Mediterranean styling.
