Funky RIB 500’s Hull Design
This Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB) has remarkable updates in hull and deck design as show in this video (no subtitles).
Leading the charge is Paris Giannikos, the visionary behind XTRIM and the newly established Paris Giannikos & Architects.
Together with his partners, he embarked on the ambitious endeavour of crafting this extraordinary project.
The Funky RIB 500 effortlessly combines a multitude of innovations, setting new standards in both hull and deck construction.
Distinguished by its wave-piercing vertical bow and intelligently incorporated step, the hull ensures optimal performance and manoeuvrability.
Meanwhile, the deck impresses with its generous space, even featuring a toilet discreetly integrated within the console.
Boat & Fishing magazine had the privilege of joining the manufacturer on a thrilling sea voyage, where Paris Giannikos himself unveiled the groundbreaking features of this exceptional watercraft.
