A Big Thank You to the Jury

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the distinguished jury members. Their unwavering commitment, skill, and insight have been instrumental in making this celebration of nautical photography a success.

Some images didn’t make the cut. It’s worth noting if you’re considering entering next year’s contest. The reasons were :

  • Too late
  • No title
  • Too small
  • Collage with no focus on RIBs

A Story in Every Shot

The exceptional photographs or renderings capture the essence of RIBs in the most captivating and artistic ways.

The quality level of those that made it, was again high this year, setting great expectations for 2025.

This Particular Photo Deserves the Spotlight

Before diving in, I’d love to share this captivating photo along with its description below the photo. Something truly worth your attention.

A - Michael Nechajev - Teaching responsibility @ RIBs ONLY - Home of the Rigid Inflatable Boat

Word from the author:

In the picture you can see my Northstar Orion 6, parked in the drive and my 13-year-old twins scrubbing the hull – one of them is lying under the boat. In the background – you can see me under the boat as well – leading by example.

Taking into account that I rarely get a chance to drive the boat as my twins do that all the time I think it’s only fair to teach them to clean the boat – no matter how hard it might be.

Hence the name of the picture: Teaching Responsibility.
