FAQ: The 3rd Annual RIB Photo and Video Contest 2025

The FAQ is Here to Help

If you need support, check out the FAQ on the 3rd Annual RIB Photo and Video Contest 2025. There you’ll find all the essential information you’ll need.

1. I can’t find the upload frame. What should I do?

If you’re unable to see the upload box on the “Upload Your Work Here for the 3rd Annual RIB Photo and Video Contest 2025” page, try refreshing the page. Once refreshed, you should be able to see the “Click here to upload your file(s)” box.

2. Can I upload more than 4 files in a single category?

No, it’s not allowed to upload more than 4 images in a single category. I recommend focusing on showcasing your best work within the 4 files limit. Don’t use the same image in more than one category. You don’t have to upload them one by one. Just click each time on the upload box without clicking on send right away.

3. My photo is larger than 15 MB. What can I do?

If your file exceeds the 15 MB limit, it could be due to a high dpi setting (above 72 dpi). To reduce the file size, try the following:
* Use graphic software like Photoshop or other tools to set the dpi to 72, which will help lower the file size. Reducing the dpi will also adjust the image size accordingly. So be sure to check the final dimensions.
The maximum dimension per photo is 4096 x 4096 pixels.
* Alternatively, resize your image, but make sure it remains equal or larger than 720 x 720 pixels.

4. My video is larger than 50 MB. What can I do?

If your video file exceeds the 50 MB limit, it could be because of a high resolution like 4K or up. To reduce the video size, try the following:
Use graphic software like the free Adobe Express to convert your video to 1920 x 1080 pixels. That should help you.

5. I can’t upload my files. What should I do?
