ORCA: Where the Floating Begins
The Pennel & Flipo group was founded in 1924. Jean Pennel and Joseph Flipo set up a rubber textile coating business in France.
In 2009 they launched new product ranges for the advanced maritime industry and security. This was marked by the opening of a factory in Mouscron, Belgium.
Orca was born.
They produce hundreds of meters of CSM neoprene fabric every day.
The company provides RIB owners and repairers throughout Europe with everything they need to repair/replace/customise their RIB floats.
The company provides everything you need to repair your RIB float. You can also replace or customize it. This applies whether you are a professional or a private individual.
