Survey for the Net Promoter Score<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On October 22th 2019 I launched a survey in the <a aria-label=\"RIBs ONLY Facebook (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/686861794831522\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RIBs ONLY Facebook<\/a> group. The goal was to get a <a aria-label=\"Net Promotor Score (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.netpromoter.com\/know\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Net Promoter Score<\/a> for the first time <a href=\"https:\/\/ribsonly.com\/2\/ribs-only-goes-live\/\">since 2017<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This tool aims to measure the loyalty that exists between a &#8220;provider&#8221; and a &#8220;consumer&#8221;. It&#8217;s all about the customer experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was very curious to know how you would perceive our group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-what-is-nps\">2. What is NPS?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Net Promoter Score is a number from -100 to 100. Thank you Excel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I gathered the data and used an <a aria-label=\"Excel template (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.genroe.com\/blog\/calculate-net-promoter-score-in-excel\/11527\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Excel template<\/a> to calculate the score. The result is not a percentage, nor an average or median. In other words the higher the number the more satisfied the &#8220;customers&#8221;  are. Here it&#8217;s of course the members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-net-promoter-score-for-ri-bs-only\">4. In Tentative Comparison<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well, Apple has a NPS of nearly 50 (at this moment) which is considered to be very good. I choose Apple as a benchmark because many of you visit our Facebook group and RIBsONLY.com by iPhone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An NPS of 82 is very high because a lot of members gave our RIBs ONLY Facebook group a 10 on the question mentioned above. And more &#8230; RIBs ONLY has a lot of ambassadors, enthousiastic members that invite friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"conclusion\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So RIBs ONLY outranks Apple, Microsoft, Google and <a aria-label=\"many more (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/customer.guru\/net-promoter-score\/fortune-500\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">many more<\/a> in NPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am I awake?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
