Highfield Supports Barcolana 55 Sailing Event

What is Barcolana 55

Over the recent weekend, Highfield Boats Adriatic contributed a fleet of 20 support RIBs to the Barcolana 55 event in Trieste, Italy.

The Barcolana event stands as the grandest regatta globally, serving as an outstanding platform to present various aspects of the sailing universe.

This encompasses the Barcolana Young, a two-day gathering specifically tailored for the Optimist class, and the Barcolana Classic, a regatta designated for vintage, classic, and spirit-of-tradition vessels.

Additionally, the festivities extend to include Barcolana Nuota, Barcolana Fun, and Barcolana By Night, all of which deliver a mesmerizing spectacle right along the shoreline.

Highfield Boats also provided support to other prestigious sailing events, as you can see here and here.

Review BSC B-2 Big Sister to B-1

Twin Engine BSC B-2

In this video of the BSC B-2 Rigid Inflatable Boat, that is 9.2-meter long and 3.68-meter wide.

The maximum engine power is a whopping 700 horsepower.

It has two separate platforms at the stern, allowing for independent use of the aft areas.

The cockpit features a C-shaped sofa that can be configured as a sunbathing area or a dinette. The helm area includes comfortable seats, advanced controls, and a high, wrap-around windshield for excellent visibility.

Moving towards the bow, there’s a spacious sunbathing area within the tubular, along with a chaise lounge. Below the cushion, there’s a pass-through for added brightness.

Inside the cabin, there’s a double bed, storage cabinets, and a separate bathroom with privacy.

Splendid 4th Event Arzon

On June 17, 2023, the picturesque coastal town of Arzon (Brittany, France) came alive with the vibrant celebration of the Zodiac Club Day.

This eagerly anticipated event marked its fourth edition with 100 owners and 35 boats.

These events garnered even more enthusiasm and excitement, as it continued to grow in popularity.

It’s a great region to enjoy your holidays on the water: le Morbihan. Especially the waters nearby Vannes.

Highfield Patrol 660 Spacy Deck

The Rescue Orange boat, commissioned for special events and dive charters, offers the versatility of both a commercial and recreational vessel.

Earlier I published videos of this Highfield Patrol 660.

Despite its commercial design, it can still be a suitable option for families due to its visibility on the horizon.

The lightweight rigid aluminum construction of the boat allows for efficient performance with lower horsepower, saving on fuel costs.

With a length of 6.60 meter it provides ample space for storage and stability when carrying heavy gear.

Highfield Patrol 760 a Workhorse

The Highfield Patrol 760 Rigid Inflatable Boat is a robust commercial boat designed for serious work and transportation.

The RIB offers various configurations, with ample storage and secure seating for multiple passengers.

It undergoes rigorous testing and certifications for durability as shown in the video.

Despite its ruggedness, it has premium features like comfortable seating and optional foam decking.

The boat is powered by a Honda 250 outboard engine, offering excellent performance, fuel economy, and quiet operation.

It has a 26-degree hull for offshore running. The boat’s handling is responsive and nimble, though not as quick as smaller models. But speed is not the essence here.

It provides confidence for long-distance navigation and has a decent fuel range.
